Back in the 1990’s, Scott Zimmerman conceived the idea of a product, “Sales Elevator”, that would help people have an easier time selling. It took about 16 years and a lot of time, effort and money, but he’s perfected that product and now coaches people on how to use it to improve their sales!
BECOMING A COACH
Scott started his own B2B marketing company in 1989, and it quickly grew to 7 full-time employees before eventually shifting the focus to 1-on-1 marketing. In 1998 he first got the idea for the technology for what would become “Sales Elevator”, and spent the following years perfecting the system.
BIGGEST OBSTACLE
Getting coaches (and salespeople) to use his system in the beginning. But the process of perfecting it, and keeping the end goal of helping the user to sell more in mind, more and more clients started using the technology.
GETTING NEW COACHING CLIENTS
Scott’s such a big believer in Sales Elevator because he’s seen how much business it’s gotten him over the years.
