BECOMING A COACH
Phil was involved in the Internet back in the 1990’s, and at the end of the decade his three-person company was bought out by a larger one and he was named “creative leader”. That responsibility prompted him to hire a coach for himself, and that decision ultimately led to him deciding to start a coaching business.
BIGGEST OBSTACLE
He’s a people person, and coaches often work by themselves in their home office!
