This March I celebrate the 10 year anniversary of my coaching business.
10 years is a long time, and as I’ve prepared for it I’ve thought of how I want to mix things up.
Not that I want to throw the baby out with the bathwater, but after doing something for so long there’s a temptation to coast and ride on what’s worked in the past …
So I’ve been mixing things up in my business, to keep it interesting and to evolve with the market.
(And I’ve been diligently taking notes on what’s been working and what hasn’t)
