One of the tricky things about growing a successful coaching business is there are so many things that people tell you that you have to do.
If you spend any amount of time on social media, you’ll be hit with 100 suggestions.
The problem with this approach is:
1) There isn’t enough time in the day to do 100 different things consistently
2) You won’t enjoy all of those things anyways (unless you’re super human, and I’ve yet to meet anyone like that)
3) If you’re juggling all of those balls, you won’t be able to prioritize the important stuff (as Jim Collins said, “If you have more than three priorities, you don’t have any)
I have to give props to Jim Collins – I’m a fan of sticking to a few main things.
In fact, I’ve prioritized just a couple of main things to generate clients for my coaching business over the last 10+ years that I’ve been doing this.
I’m doing a live training to show my system on Tuesday, December 3rd at 2 pm EST, and here’s the link to save your seat for it!
