One of my favourite scenes in a movie is from “Zoolander”, when the title character is presented with a small model of a reading center from the film’s antagonist, Mugatu.
The model is called “The Derek Zoolander Center For Kids Who Can’t Read Good And Who Wanna Learn To Do Other Stuff Good Too”:
Derek Zoolander: What is this? (smashes the model) A center for ants?
Mugatu: What?
Derek Zoolander: How can we be expected to teach children to learn how to read… if they can’t even fit inside the building?
Mugatu: Derek, this is just a small…
Derek Zoolander: I don’t wanna hear your excuses! The building has to be at least… three times bigger than this!
Mugatu: He’s absolutely right you know.
It gets me thinking of community, and if you want to build a successful coaching business, community is an important factor.
And spoiler alert:
I’ll be showing how to build and monetize a community in the live workshop that I’m hosting next Tuesday.
It’s called “From 10+ Years In The Trenches: A Proven Approach To Growing A Successful Coaching Business” and here’s the link to register for it:
