So many people think that the best approach to cold DMs is to blast out 100’s of copied and pasted ones every day.
Sure, they have a low conversion rate, but if they can close just 1% or 2% of them they’ll be rolling in the dough, right???
That doesn’t seem like a smart business plan, and it sounds like a recipe for burnout …
Better to send fewer messages (ie: 10 per day), but make them personalized and well-researched ones.
I’d put my money on the person doing that versus someone using the “spray and pray” approach of 100s of bad DMs every day!
