From what I’ve seen over the years, there are 3 questions that coaches must answer if they want to be successful:
“Who do you help?”
“How do you help them?”
“Where do you find them?”
I asked the attendees on a workshop I hosted earlier this week how many of the questions they’ve clearly answered, and while a few were good on all three, there were plenty of 1/3 and 2/3’s.
