I once saw a video on YouTube about the best comebacks of all time.
I’m not talking about the rising-from-defeat kind of comeback, but the verbal kind.
The clip showed a newscast featuring an athlete holding a small trophy.
As it flashed back to the studio, the male anchor said to his female co-anchor: “I can’t understand how something so small could be so impressive”.
Without missing a beat, she fired back with: “Well, you would know about that”.
Ouch …
Speaking of size, it’s not everything when it comes to communities.
Sure, it’s probably better to have a larger community than a tiny one, but I know entrepreneurs with small communities who are crushing it.
One is a coach who has a Facebook group with only 300 members, but she gets amazing results from it (she earns over six figures a year from that little group)
But she does things to guarantee that members are active and loyal to the group, so much so that one of her members messaged her to beg that she not be kicked out since she was going into the hospital for surgery and wouldn’t be on social media or active in the group for a month!
In my “Community To Cash” program I teach how to build this kind of loyalty, and how to generate revenue from your community even if it’s small …
