In my experience, most coaches under-value the knowledge that they have between their ears.
They don’t assign the proper value that it deserves, and end up giving it away like cheap candy corn on Halloween night.
Why?
Maybe they’ve been taught to “nurture”, or to “give value”, but it leads to them working too many hours for too little ROI.
Ann Carden has been a guest on my podcast several times, and in one of those interviews she said something that stuck with me:
“This is a big mistake people make … they’re giving away a lot of value and they don’t even realize that it could totally be monetized in a really big way”
