I hate when people preface something with “hot take”, but here’s a potential hot take from me:
You might think that you should be teaching in your content (emails and social media posts) and giving as much “value” as you possibly can in them …
But that’s the wrong approach!
I’m not suggesting that you should be sharing fluff.
You want to reward your audiences’ time for consuming your content, and I always ask myself if what I’m sharing is worth the few seconds or minute that a person is taking to consume it.
However, you should be treating your paying clients and those who haven’t paid you differently …
