Yesterday I talked about lessons learned from the book “Dream First, Details Later”, and here’s another passage from it that stood out to me:
“I believe strongly that when you meet really smart, successful people in life, who tend to have everyone ask them for stuff, don’t be that person. Instead, show them you value them by being giving, helping them, and supporting them in any way you can. Empowering this person who is typically hit up for everything ..”
I’m all for coaches who give value to others (as Bob Burg says; “Money is an echo of value”)
