I’m on a bit of a kick with Dan Sullivan and Benjamin Hardy books lately.
I loved “10x Is Easier Than 2x” (and have recommended that all of my clients read it)
Then I picked up “The Gap And The Gain”, which is another great one.
I then read their book “Who Not How”, which makes the point that instead of trying to do everything yourself you should get help from people when it comes to doing things you aren’t good at or don’t enjoy doing …
In it, they tell stories of entrepreneurs who tried to save a few bucks and wasted gobs of time learning something with the DIY method, which yielded poor results (and added a lot of stress to their lives!)
While it focused more on hiring the right people, I think it applies to learning from experts as well.
