Back when I launched my podcast in 2014, some people questioned whether the interview format was a smart move by me.
Since I was inviting guests who had offers directed at coaches, the critics thought I was making a mistake by giving a platform to “competitors”.
But I don’t consider my guests to be competitors, rather “collaborators”!
And after almost 9 years and 900 episodes of the show, I’m convinced that I made the right move by inviting so many great people on the show – many who have became partners, friends, and sometimes even clients.
