I’ve had a bunch of chats with Henry Mittelman recently, and in them he’s mentioned “MIT”s …
What’s an MIT?
It stands for “Most Important Thing”, and it’s an acronym that he uses with the clients in his accountability program.
MITs are key because it forces you to narrow your focus to just a few key items, instead of spreading your attention around to a bunch of things (like most people do)
It’s like Jim Collins once said:
“If you have more than three priorities, you don’t have any”
Henry is going to be expanding on this concept in the executive roundtable that he’s doing next Tuesday.
It’s called “Breaking Through The Growth Ceiling”, and if you’d like to improve your focus on your key MITs you should be there.
