David was successful in the retail world when he lost his job, and went through 7 jobs in the next 3.5 years. He sold his house and possessions, and moved his family into his parents’ house. He started MyEmployees in the garage, and built the company into the top 1% of employee recognition engagement companies in North America. They help managers determine how they look to their employees, and give them modules to help them with the things that their employees have problems with. His company offers employee recognition plaque programs.
