Lea Ann Mallett is a Canadian-based leadership coach, with three decades of experience as an activist for environmental and social issues.
BECOMING A COACH
Lea Ann started her career as a biology and chemistry teacher in high schools. At the same time, she was becoming more passionate about the environmental movement and got very involved in wilderness activism. She actively protested clearcut logging and has led protests and blockades in Northern Ontario. In the 90’s, she became a leader in a non-profit community working with a charitable organization. She stepped back in 2013 and became interested in coaching. After reading “The Prosperous Coach”, she attended an intensive with Rich Litvin and decided to combine her activism and leadership experiences with a new coaching business.
BIGGEST OBSTACLE
Her own “money story” (scarcity mentality)
