BECOMING A COACH
Tara was previously an executive, and spent a lot of time on the development of her team. She decided to start her own consulting business, which led her to many conversations with managers and executives. She felt she needed more tools to do this sort of work and enrolled in coaching school to learn the techniques to properly coach others.
